These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from ALENO / One of One Art through aleno.co.uk.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

Products

We sell wall art prints, framed wall art and related products.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes and other information are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions, printing process and paper. Product dimensions and available framing options are stated on the relevant product page.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order. A contract is formed when we accept your order.

We may decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and at checkout.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment is processed using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website or during checkout.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Your statutory rights relating to delivery are not affected.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your rights relating to cancellation, returns and refunds are explained in our Refund Policy.

Personalised or custom-made products may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Faulty goods

Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer legislation.

Intellectual property

The content of aleno.co.uk, including product imagery, artwork presentation, branding, text and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical print or framed artwork does not transfer intellectual property rights or grant permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the artwork unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under consumer law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales.

Consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights applicable where they live.
